Interior Painting

OUR PROCESS:

• Caulking and sealing of all baseboards, doors and windows

• Filling of all gouges, cracks and dents

• Sanding and dusting of all surfaces to be painted

• Priming of bare areas

• For protection, all furniture will be covered with new plastic sheeting and floors with canvas drops 

• Painting of ceilings, as well as popcorn repair 

Cabinets & Built-Ins

FOR STAINED WOOD:

The process includes de-greasing, sanding, priming with an oil stain blocker, and the painting of the wood cabinet boxes, pantry doors, and drawers.

The paint on this project was a water-based alkyd resin enamel with low odor; while still providing a durable scrubbable finish.

Exterior Painting

Epoxy and Polyaspartic Floor Coatings

• Grinding and prepping of the entire floor surface followed by complete dust removal

• Patching and filling of all cracks and divots

• Application of epoxy with protective moisture barrier, followed by flake chips if desired

• Polyaspartic clear top coat applied for a durable finish

Pressure Washing
