WELCOME!
We're so excited to work with you.
From the moment your project is approved, our focus shifts entirely to delivering an exceptional experience — one that's organized, communicative, and built around your home and your time.
At Pro Image Painting LLC, we take pride in running an operation that's thoughtful at every stage. When we ask something of you — whether it's clearing a space, confirming a color, or scheduling access — there's always a clear reason, and we keep the process as simple as possible.
This guide walks you through exactly what to expect for your specific services. We've put it together so you feel informed and confident before our team ever steps foot in your home.
Thank you for choosing Pro Image Painting LLC. We can't wait to show you what we're capable of.
Sincerely,
Steph and the team at Pro Image Painting, LLC
COMMUNICATION
Our communication software, Housecall Pro, will provide timely notifications through your project.
It can house one phone number and multiple emails, so make sure our team has the ones you’d like associated with your account accordingly. Unless you request not to receive notifications, the following will be sent:
Dispatch each evening before our team arrives, letting you know who is assigned to your project and what time they are scheduled for.
An alert when the team is on their way that morning.
An alert when the team has completed their work for the day. *Please note that if your project occurs over multiple days that the “complete” notification reflects only that day’s work, not the entire project.
If any elements of your project are being brought back to our shop for finishing, you may receive an alert that says a team member is dispatched to the 12 Liberty Drive location for your project. While we do avoid confusion and try to not send those alerts, on occasion one sneaks through. Please understand it means the team member has been dispatched to the shop, not your home.
PAYMENTS
We will request 50% of the total estimated price at the beginning of your project, and not collect the remainder due until the project is complete. We ask that you do not provide or discuss payment with the crew members on site, and only direct those questions to our Office Staff. Each emailed invoice will include a link to pay online by ACH transfer, otherwise payment can be made by checks addressed to “Pro Image Painting LLC” that are mailed to the following address:
Pro Image Painting LLC, 46 Buckingham Dr, Londonderry, NH 03053
SCHEDULING
Our office staff will work to ensure we have everything we need to get your project scheduled once you’ve provided your approval for the work scoped. Any change orders that need to happen prior to scheduling, or after scheduling, will be provided to you in writing, and agreed upon by both parties before that work is completed.
Once the dates have been chosen for your project, we will work efficiently to complete your project each consecutive day. If we need to pull off your project prior to completion for any reason, the team will ensure you are aware of how long we will be gone.
Our typical hours of operation onsite are 8:00 am until 4:30 pm with a 30 minute break. We will communicate with you if we intend to operate outside of those hours for your project.
Please ensure our team has access to enter and exit your home/project during the times we are scheduled to be there. Our Director of Client Operations will coordinate that with you during the time of scheduling but please make sure we know what we need to prior to arrival, so that nothing delays the production on your project.
PARKING:
In general our team parks on the street by your home. Please instruct us if you’d prefer they park somewhere else.
RESTROOMS:
For interior projects, our Director of Client Operations will discuss with you what restroom you’d like our employees to use while on site. For exterior projects, we will coordinate the delivery of a portable toilet for the team to use.
DON’T FORGET TO COMPLETE THE “BEFORE WE START” FORM ONCE YOU’VE APPROVED YOUR PROJECT!

Please review your estimate in detail prior to our arrival to ensure the scope matches your expectations for the project. Before our team arrives, it would help if you could do the following:
READY THE SPACE:
Remove all small and delicate items from surfaces, shelving, tabletops, and walls — including decor, blinds, and curtains. Clear any items from floors that may interfere with our ability to properly mask the space.
OUR EQUIPMENT:
Our team will leave our equipment on site when a project takes more than a day to complete. Please let us know where works best for you, so that we can leave it as organized and out of the way as possible.
Our team will take care of the following:
FLOOR PROTECTION:
Floors are protected with drop cloths and Grip-Rite roof underlayment. Furniture is covered with new plastic, and all non-painted surfaces — including cabinets, countertops, windows, toilets and light fixtures — are masked with 3M masking plastic and paper.
FURNITURE:
Our team will handle moving larger furniture as needed (unless noted in your contract). Please be aware that refrigerators and stoves will remain in place.
Our team prides itself on being pet and child friendly. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to not disturb the peace, flow and function of your home while we are working.
Our team is excited to refinish your cabinets for you. Here are three commonly discussed considerations when we work in Kitchens.
HRDWARE DECISIONS:
If you plan to change out your cabinet hardware, please have that decided in advance. Filling existing holes, drilling new holes, and installing new hardware are available as add-on options — let us know before the project starts.
KITCHEN ACCESS:
Depending on the application method and your cabinet layout, portions of your kitchen may need to be masked and temporarily out of use. If your bases are being hand-brushed/rolled, you’ll have access to enter/exit your kitchen at the end of each day, but if they are sprayed you’ll lose access to enter (it’ll be walled off to protect the coating) for 3-4 days. Lastly, while doors and drawers to not need to be fully emptied, we will need 3" of access cleared in each.
CURE TIME:
The paint used for cabinet refinishing requires proper curing time after application. Plan for your kitchen to be out of full use for a period of time (a full cure typically takes 7-10 days). Any painted shelving or cabinets with glass doors that have the interiors painted need to fully cure before anything is placed on top the painted surface.
CABINET DISCLAIMERS:
Panels are intentionally left un-caulked — the doors need to stay floating, and caulking them would crack over time due to natural expansion and contraction. We also do not caulk crown molding to the ceiling or cabinet boxes to the wall for the same reason. If' you’d like either done, we can accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee against future shrinkage or separation.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
To clean your cabinets, use a microfiber rag and small amounts of dawn soap with warm water.
High Gloss Finishes are among the most refined — and demanding — applications in the painting trade. The result is a sleek, luminous surface that elevates any space. As Master Certified Painters for Fine Paints of Europe, our team takes every precaution to ensure yours is exceptional. As cure time and cleaning are two of the most common questions, here is what we tell our clients:
CURE TIME:
After application, high gloss surfaces require adequate time to cure before regular use. Avoid contact during this period — even minor scuffs during curing can affect the final appearance. The general rule of thumb is 21 days for adequate cure time for FPE Hollandlac Brilliant 98.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
High gloss finishes require a gentle approach to preserve their appearance long-term:
Use a soft, damp microfiber cloth for routine cleaning
Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, or harsh chemicals — these will dull the finish over time
For tougher spots, a mild dish soap diluted in water is safe for most high gloss painted surfaces
Always wipe in the direction of the brush strokes, not against them
When in doubt, reach out to us before trying a new cleaning product on your surface.
A successful wallpaper installation starts before our hanger ever arrives. Here’s how you can help before we begin:
ROLL COUNT:
All wallpaper materials must be on-site and ready prior to our hanger's arrival. Our team does not supply wallpaper — delays due to missing material may affect your project schedule. Please note: It is best practice to order 10%-15% more paper than needed, so that there is enough on site of the same dye lot and for future repairs.
PREPARATION
Walls must be prepped and ready for hanging. Surfaces should be smooth, clean, and properly primed for paper application prior to our arrival. Depending on the paper chosen, a tinted primer may be required. If our team is not priming and sizing the walls where the paper will be hung, please ensure whoever is doing it has properly done so and completed the priming/sizing at least 24 hours prior to our arrival.
OUTLET COVERS:
Covering outlet and switch covers are not included unless noted in your estimate. These can be added as a separate charge at any time if the paper will adhere to the outlet cover.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cleaning and care instructions vary based on the type of paper used. Manufacturer Instructions are typically included specific to the paper you ordered, but as a general rule:
Avoid saturating the paper with water or liquid cleaners
Use a soft, lightly damp cloth for gentle surface cleaning
Always test any cleaner in an inconspicuous area first
Our exterior team arrives ready to work but a few steps on your end can help to keep everything on schedule!
LOCATIONS:
Our team will coordinate where you would like our trailer and portapotty to be stored on your property while we are onsite for your project. Please ensure we have coordinated that with you prior to our arrival.
LANDSCAPING:
Please trim all landscaping back at least three feet from the house before we begin. Once the exterior is SoftWashed, no additional landscaping can be performed — any disturbance to the clean surface may require rescheduling.
WOOD ROT:
Any wood rot repairs required for your project that are not discussed prior to our team beginning, and that are found during the prep phase will be reviewed with you - specifically if our team can make the repairs or if a carpenter will be required. We have an onsite carpenter and can provide a separate quote for your consideration.
WATER:
Please ensure your exterior water is turned on and accessible for our crew, and that your windows remain closed during the time we are working on your project.
EXTERIOR DISCLAIMERS:
While we will do our best in scheduling your project, we operate under strict guidelines with the weather to ensure the work we put in lasts. We pay attention to the temperatures during the day, but also at night, to ensure successful curing of the products. Our exterior season runs from May 1 until October 31, but only on the optimum weather days of the season.
Epoxy and polyaspartic coatings create a durable, beautiful finish — but proper curing is everything. Following the guidelines below protects your investment and ensures the best possible result.
CURE TIMES:
Under typical conditions, your new coating cures as follows:
1–2 days before foot traffic is safe
3–4 days before moderate objects or furniture can be placed
7–9 days before vehicles can be driven or parked on the surface
DOORS:
Garage or entry doors must be kept slightly ajar for the first 2–3 days after completion. This prevents the door from creating an indentation in the still-curing surface — please plan accordingly.
CONDITIONS:
These timelines reflect normal conditions. Temperature, humidity, and ventilation can all affect curing. Your project manager will advise if anything specific to your space may impact these estimates.
EPOXY DISCLAIMERS:
In order for our team to successfully tackle your epoxy project, your space must not have anything on the floor surface that will be coated. cure times are noted above for when foot traffic, objects/furniture, and vehicles are safe to enter the space again.
Patio seal coating is one of the best ways to protect your investment of a newly installed hardscape. here are a few things to keep in mind before we get started.
BEFORE OUR CREW ARRIVES
Please do the following before our crew arrives:
Remove all furniture, planters, decor, and belongings from the patio and walkways
Have the pool cover removed prior to our arrival (pool cover removal is not included in our scope)
Ensure outdoor water is turned on and accessible to our team
SEAL ‘N LOCK NATURAL LUSTER
This sealer is a modified acrylic urethane formula that penetrates your hardscape pavers to create a protective barrier. It provides UV protection, inhibits algae and weed growth, stabilizes sand joints, and is environmentally safe.
MAINTENANCE
To keep your hardscape looking its best:
Clean periodically with a mild detergent
Plan to reseal every 3 years for optimal performance
Every project is different, and questions are always welcome — before, during or after your project wraps up!
