Caulking of seams and casings
Gutters cleared and washed (upon request)
Priming bare surfaces to seal for protection and long lasting appeal
Full finish application for proper coverage
All non-painted areas are protected from splatter and drips

Thorough clean up at the end of each day
All supplies and tools will be removed
Plant beds cleaned and paint chips removed
Touch up paint is labeled and left for the customer

If your home was built prior to 1978, there is a good chance it has lead and will require a lead certified painter, which we are not. If you have a certification stating there is no longer lead on the property, then we can proceed with providing you an estimate, but otherwise we cannot.

We require landscaping to be cut back three feet from the house in order to properly secure the worksite for painting. However, our team is careful to protect plants, gardens, and lawn features. We use drop cloths and low-footprint staging methods.
